The relief of vulnerable persons, Vulnerable populations addressed include: people experiencing homelessness, people living in overcrowded housing, collective sites and slums, migrant workers; refugees, people with disabilities, people living in closed facilities; teenage mothers, people living in remote locations and people living in poverty and extreme poverty.

The relief of poverty among members of the immediate family of persons who are suffering, or who, immediately before their death, following their stay in refugee, rehabilitation and palliative centres.

Promoting and providing HIV/AIDS and Health Awareness:
HIV/AIDS prevention and treatments
Awareness campaigns and education about health issues.
Supporting healthcare facilities specializing in HIV/AIDS care
